After looking at Wi-Lan and its positive financial results release today, it must rebound soon enough

What do you guys think on it?

Be careful with earnings plays in this kind of environment. If the earnings are good, the stock can run more than it would in a usual environment as people are looking for quick green plays and therefore it may get more volume. In contrast, if the earnings are bad, it could drop a lot more than it would on a regular day. Even if the earnings are good, the stock may not move much or even drop as seen today for the companies that reported earning afterhours yesterday or the open today.

Not a rule, but the trend is that US markets set the mood/tone for Asian markets and in turn, especially recently, the US markets are influenced by the European markets. Tomorrow will be all dependent on the jobs numbers, given this comes out before markets open the result could be compounded for the worst because everyday investors have the "delayed" reaction (i.e. finding out about today's close after the markets already closed and doing something about it tmw morning)

It's okay to nibble some stocks here but I just hope some of you have deep liquid accounts who are doing it. Because being early to a trade sometime means a further drop of 5 to 10% before turning into the direction that you've desired.

^Yeah but upping the debt ceiling is another way of devaluing the dollar.

It's really an excuse for ppl to sell. BTW aren't most wall street managers out on vacation?

blkgsr - Are you planning to get back in CUU with this drop today?

A good way to explain the shitty past two days.

Left an order for FEED at 1.06. Don't think it filled yet.

I think it's the computerized trading..the high frequency trading.

You should just leave CUU at 1.50 at least. I'm sure some of those fuckers will trade it down until we have some news coming.

you read them the same way as would with 15 min delay and to tell where it is moving you have to look at the chart to see where the support is and trends on the performance of the stock....its pretty straight foreward

I'm just saying I'm not surprised if it goes back down for CUU.

Well welcome back to the CUU ship anyways. Where on good days, we talk like we the might Hulk. On bad days, we talk like the Red Skull and Hydra are coming. lol

But you still got in at 1.57 right?

It's just 3 cents, if you're in for the long term, it's not a super big deal buddy.

Finally, the fucking week is over. Lets hope we get a little pop on Monday and a massive short squeeze. lol
