Anyone looking at RIM? At 22-24 bucks, it's looking pretty good. P/E of what? 3-5? They're expected to earn 5 bucks per share this year. |
the money i've got in is all i'm putting in...i'm all tfsa (two accounts, mine and my fiance's) the sell at 1.60 and buy at 1.57 worked out, so i'm happy just could have been alot better, oh well |

ya i'm done now...too much stress i just need to stop watching the sp everyday |
^What you need is an alert system. You get alert when the price drops to here or when it rises to that level. or when a buy out is here. lol Quote:

Apparently the US government is expecting and preparing for a credit rating downgrade from S&P. Those fuckers are the ones that in a sense caused the subprime mortgage catastrophe, they were taking bribes to give pieces of shit godly ratings. Update S&P served notice Friday afternoon it planned to downgrade the US AAA credit rating. But the official said the agency is reconsidering after the administration challenged S&P's analysis of the government's revenue and deficit picture. They made simple mathematical errors that resulted in their model being off by trillions... *facepalm* |

S&P downgraded US credit rating to AA+ stock market going to plunge Monday. |
|
:fulloffuck: They were off by trillions in their model based on false assumptions yet they were still able to rationalize a downgrade? |
I wonder who's paying S&P. These guys are dirty ( 2008 ). Got the hardhat on, gonna go deeper in red on monday weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee |
Most retails investors will see this headline over the weekend and panic on Monday. If we sell hard on Monday then I am putting my money where my mouth is and buy the fucking dip. |
damn, shoulda stayed out one more day anyone thing of selling at market on the open then waiting a while and getting back in later?? |
Picking bottom or top is a fool's game. You just have to pick your spot and go small initially then dollar cost average your way up. In this environment blue chip stocks are the best imo. As for you blkgsr, the technical doesn't look so hot on CUU right now just let you know. If it gaps down below $1.45 and doesn't recover you better get out of the way. If it gets above $1.75ish then forget what I just said. |

one more day...all i had to wait was one more day....or tomorrow cause it will be down even more :( |
But unless you're trying to day trade this, 5-10 cents difference isn't a super big deal when you have a target price on this stock. I'm expecting of a buyout price of $6ish or so. My math of $2.8 Billion NPV - $200 million of 75% buy back by TECK = $2.4 billion. So you can say TECK isn't goin to get a $2.8 billion mine for $200 million. They would have to at least pay for the value of the mine itself which is $2.4 / by 374 million shares. I have a hunch this will be our lows today and we are going to rise back up later the day. |
