Lovin' the green on my positions!

Not really sure about the cause though. Perhaps Irene was not as bad as expected. Perhaps there were a lot of people waiting for the feds statements on Friday and were planning on buying today.

berneke was VERY positive re: US economy in his speech on friday, hence lack of additional stimulus, which is telling ppl the sell off and impending recession was a non starter.. for now (i don't believe we'll see another recession this year)

qtrade was $20 per trade for me unless you have more than a certain amount i think $10k? The best one i think if you have less than 5k. The platform is pretty welfare though don't get it. The $80 every month get TDs or BMOs instead.

Did you buy RIM? They were up 3 or 4% yesterday and already up nearly 6% this morning.

LK >Seinajoki > whatever else in Finland. from what i see Finland is very similar to Canada but the LK alone looks to be bigger than the surrounding bigger companies so fingers crossed

Ecuador is kinda just there waiting for government approval good old politics taking forever to pass something

i dont think they are even thinking about Labrador
