This is so horrible it's kind of funny...

thankfully i've only got around 5k in a couple long holds now (my earlier POT buy is probably gonna stay there through the next recession, kind of got the idea after watching Collapse). Movie basically stated that when the world runs out of circulating money, food will be the most important thing.. and I figure without fertilizer there won't be food. Sitting on big stash of cash until at least one of the euro countries default.. don't have the balls to play in this kinda market.. good on you lime, but I like my money

no_clue 09-22-2011 11:37 AM

What a sale today, POT and GS are so tempting!!!!!
Bought more F to lower my average.

Hope stocks dont go into clearance tommorow...

your long term thinking is spot on, no question about that. thing is for me is that this 'collaspe' is so far in the future, maybe just maybe our kids will affected or thereafter.
no doubt all this 'turmoil' is manufactured as well. thr ultimate market maker in all capitalist society is the FED. watch 'The Warning' by PBS and the first zeigeist on youtube

the fed reserve controls everything. right now take a look. its lack of action in this fomc meeting is to force changes in govt all over the world

but in thr meantime i plan to play along what and where the fed is moving capital too

Yeah, after buying a bunch of POT shares over the last couple days, I'm going to sit on the rest of my cash in case something major happens with the euro default.

I have the same weeklies. Think we should be fine tomorrow as S&P bounced off 1120 a few times. Hopefully we are due for a bit of a rally tomorrow.

imho, only way to hedge right now is to invest into some ETF. looking to get into a couple 2moro and hold for a week or two.

If anyone here is in any ETF, what are you in right now?

shawnly1000 09-22-2011 08:06 PM
