kinda late right now to hedge

the two to look at with best risk/reward is the financials

FAS if you're bullish
FAZ if you're bearish still

FAS has good short term upside in my opinion but have a tight stop of 6% loss just in case

i would just buy both and let the market swing both ways cuz right now my face is like

I seriously hope no one buys FAS and FAZ at the same time.

With these swings, you are better off going to the casino than betting on 3x ETFs.

^^ might work

i wouldnt do it, but if i was forced at gunpoint and dont know short term direction (ie greece and euro situation) i might as well

best chance rather than pick one

but dont split up your capital 50/50 on each one.. ... fas is low value... put more in that one,,, so percentage wise the risk of losing out is hedged...

Can somebody explain why is gold moving down so much? I thought people flocked to gold when equities are so volatile?

MM's probably trying to pin it at around 405. Don't see why we don't go up next week if the G-20 meeting dont fuck us up. I probably hold onto my weeklies til then.

commodities dropping mad. Silver is down 15+% atm.. =[

what do you guys think for commodities? Will have a run up by end of this year? or downward pressure continues with EU debt crisis??

A lot of investors say commodities play a role in forecasting where the economy's next move might be.

^From what I've read, one of the reasons gold is taking beating is because traders are selling gold to cover their margins/losses.

Yep. Some are selling gold to raise cash and to pay for margin calls

Commodities have been hit hard this week.
