Alright, I pulled the plug on CLL today. I am hopeful that you guys that are being patient are rewarded but I am tired of looking at this loser and would like to put that money to work!

Just cause of this post, CLL will be sold monday lol Just watch, Murphys Law!!!

Don't know if any of you remember, but I posted a while back about getting in on a private placement, going for it, 50k buy in. I will own 1/66th (Based on a valuation of 3.3M) of the company.. though that will likely end up being diluted to some extent or another sooner or later I would think. Wish me luck lol.

Hmmm not sure whether to buy more YNG as it continues to fall.

YNG is sucking wind big time but that's as a result of the price of gold falling. As it falls further and further, the likelihood of it being economically viable to mine gold at YNG properties gets smaller and smaller. I'm not buying any more YNG but I am not freaking out either. I'm much happier to hold YNG in a negative situation than CLL, at least there's an upside for YNG!

lol, is there anything else you can do but hold right now? With the feds sitting around twiddling their thumbs while the economy is heading back downhill.

There's not much you can do but average down the price and wait it out.

If the company has good fundamentals and has a lot of growth potential, I will buy more in the coming months and give it time.

It's not just you who is in a long position, so is everyone else.

been selling off bits and pieces of my POT holdings in last couple months and sitting on a bit of cash.. maybe i'll toss it into YNG .. market cap of +$260 million looks more stable than the other ones that have been mentioned of ~$3 million

Common noobs, look at the volume on YNG, not the price.

Volume trader per day:
April 16: 114,006
April 13: 212,771
April 12: 677,751 (One single buying trade of 325k shares)
April 11: 274,763
April 10: 250,949

For an avg. trading volume of 306,048 shares per day over the last week.

Total number of outstanding YNG shares is 931,094,031.

This means that on average, only .0328% of outstanding shares are being traded each day... YNG was trading at 32.5 on April the 9th, so if you think a price drop of (32.5 to 28.5) roughly 12% is justified by this volume (Total volume over 5 days of 0.164% of outstanding shares).. well then you're clearly not made for trading cause holding is beyond your emotional abilities as an investor... the proof of this is the .164% of investors holding YNG who felt the need to dump it on the way down.

People are holding this stock for a reason, at least that would be my feelings in the matter.

The market has in fact developed rather thick skin as of late, volatility of price and volume are telling us two very different things.. don't get caught up on the dollars you see in your trading account, it's these people that will sell and miss out on the jump up.

David Baines is awesome. Vancouver is a hot spot for stock fraudsters (pump/dump).

Fuck you Scotia iTrade... they merged iTrade and Mcleod Direct and now it's all fucked up, I have placed orders, can't modify or cancel them, and they have been sitting with the status of "not aknowledged"... FUCKERS lol those are market orders!!!!

On a side note, they have seen fit to provide me with additonal buying power in the form of leverage.. I was surprised by this...

Edit: 3 hours later, scotia still all fucked up.

Think it's a non-event, or should be (rationally speaking). He's already 81, there have already been talks of his successor, it's stage 1 only.

I hate it when the platform, through their glitches, prevents you from making timely decisions...
