Would this graph apply to Apple right now? Bull trap? (noob investor here)

i'd say with aapl, had a great run up, but the valuation is sound, ex cash, they are so well valued.

now, after the run up, your risk reward isn't nearly as good as it was in say december, mind you they have since had another monster Q.

if i had any spare cash for my long term portfolio, i'd be buying at these prices, no doubt in my mind

they can't keep on growing forever like this, but i don't invest forever!

Back into TVIX this morning.. going to be watching the news like a fucking hawk today lol.

7000 shares @ $9.63

Kicking myself really hard for not buying yesterday @ $7.8x... I was really close to pulling the trigger!

I really really like the concept of XIV/TVIX and FAZ/FAS to play market volatility...

I'm in @ $3.00 lol so from my perspective it's a great time to buy lol.

With the Iran situation clearing up and makets being soft, you may be able to find a lower entry point yet, but thats just IMO.

CLL down 12.63% to .57 for a moment

I like TVIX for the final hour of trading. If sh*t is hitting the fan, all the emotional buyers start buying. Then sell before others start selling.

There is no Level II for TVIX, I got burned this morning lol Put a sell in for 10.00$, checked on it at $9.99 and saw massive resistance at $10.00 lol.. before I could change my asking price others had obviously seen the same resistance and down it came along with the market making a bit of a turn lol..

Never again will I set even numbered targets like 10$ lol.

Incase anyone is wondering I sold out at 9.7X and made a whopping 280$ lol

Hey making $280 a day is way better then losing money!

YNG climbing a bit up 7.8% in the final 30mins of trading.

Anyone have predictions for how we will close out the week? I feel like it's going to be up and down but mostly bearish going into the Greek elections in June.

TVIX making me rich a little each day, another 2500$ this morning...

So I traded TVIX three times today, ended up about 4k up in cash, and now holding it at the end of the day @ 8.88 (7500 shares).. which on the afterhours is down around 8.5x...

See what the news brings tomorrow!

Edit: If me posting my constant profit/loss trade summaries annoys anyone feel free to let me know I just want you all to share in the joy of me making and losing money

doesn't bother me at all - this is exactly what this thread is best for!

you have balls of steel - the VIX can swing up and down like crazy from day to day, too risky for my liking... plus having $66K in it (assuming my calculator is working right) is balla status!

hope the wins keep coming, but let us know, up or down

I'm thinking about shorting Facebook, I don't think it justifies a 70B market cap

What do you guys think about it?

I don't think it's a good idea right now. It went from $38 to $45 then down to low $30s. I don't think it can go lower short term.
