Lol..

On a side note, I mentioned PIE-V in December, saying it would be good to pick up some shares on the U.S side since for some dumb reason it was only halted for amalgamation on the TSXV side. It would have been an easy 100%.
Since when it opened today on the venture, gap'ed up just over 100%
No use in buying it now, it's a piece of crap..

These social media plays, ride the hype, get out before launch.

On the graphite note, I feel like the 2nd wave is coming,
Zen.v, CCB.V - for nuclear grade graphite.
GTA.V looks interesting.

&

took a gamble at Mbx .to, @ .45 cents. Noticed a bunch of warrants in the money, so, I might get burned, but company looks damn promising. Could win big $$$ from novartis.

Hmmm... But I have been having a lot of success buying losing stocks lately, this might be a nice addition to my portfolio

, sorry, lol, I laughed. I hear ya, I was up initially, but made some damn...rookie mistakes that cost me.

If you want to gamble, I'll put it in either of these 3 stocks lol,

1. zen.v @ 1.94: nuclear grade graphite, people are projecting around 8 dollar buyout, or more. That's if they can 1. show the market that they can sell their graphite for 8,500/ton or more. PEA coming out in 2nd quarter. All it takes is an off-take agreement for this company, and it'd fly.

2. Lxv.v @ 0.46: flagship business, mobioinsider.com. Pretty shitty website but they are revamping it. Accomplished a lot considering only 2 months in their vision. Management have had alot of success in tech start-ups and sold to Google or twitter. Management have just over 2 billion total in exits. If Mobioinsider reformats their shitty website, I could see them succeeding. With celebs using Mobioinsider instead of reddit ama.

3. Mbx.to @ 0.49: as mentioned, that lawsuit with Novartis AG (market cap of 180 billion), and today, won (in EU Court) a patent challenge by Novartis AG. MBX is now suing Novartis for infringment, so that could spell $$$$$$$ if proven. Since Novartis has made a shit ton of money via influenza vaccines - from 2004 till now, probably over 2 billion. If Novartis AG can settle 150 million for a discrimination lawsuit, I think they can shell out that and more if they infringed on MBX's patent. MBX has a market cap of 45 million.

If you feel like gambling, that'd be my top 3 picks. For disclosure, I'm only in MBX, but i trade in and out depending on what I think. I'm prob going back into zen-v, and maybe lxv, when they fix the website's platform.

what's everyone's opinion on BlackBerry here? when it crashed again I had bought some at 6.74$ because it was so cheap and couldn't see them just folding up and dying off. I ended up getting rid of it at 8.70$ because I needed the money for living expenses etc while I wasn't working as of right now it is 11.19$ on the TSX I wish I could of held out and kept it

I don't do much trading and am pretty new to it, I know there are some people on here who do lots of it and was interested about what your opinion's on BB are

With BB one need only look at the last for quarters to understand why the price is where it is. IMO it's much safer to play that one with options assuming they aren't overly expensive.

Ultimately I doubt BB can turn it around, how do you catch up to everyone else? Seems impossible, never mind how many people have probably given up on BB for life and went to an Iphone/Android etc.

The only reason people are in that is for BO, and IMO the longer the new CEO works towards turning the company around, the more the BO premium suffers.

GL either way, I've thought about buying it a few times, but I'm too busy swimming in AMRN loses to care lol

I had bought it while working and could of left it in there I rather of used the money from there instead out of my chequing/savings it wasn't a very large sum of money either

It was cash out of my chequing account just trying to learn the ropes and use the system, not margin trading or borrowed money I don't even have access to those on my account

Maybe that snapchat dude wasn't so dumb at turning down 4 billion.
There was a reason why FB wanted it so badly. Mobile revenues accounted for 53% of Q4 revenue.....
