^How would CBSA even know what kind of investments your money put towards? I get it if the guy is a venture capitalist and maybe known, but for the rest of us small potatoes that maybe having a few thousand or ten thousand bucks invested into weed stocks, are they going to know?

CBSA wouldn't be the ones banning you from entering the US. The US government probably knows more about you than you do. I do travel to the US a lot for business and pleasure so I'm gonna play it safe.

I wish this was. But I have connections in local licensed producers and marijuana business consultancy, who have confirmed that being involved in any business, including owning stocks, will bar you from entering the united states

Its still a good time to buy more weed stocks. Been steadily adding more APH to my portfolio.

That's a no go. Gotta support US economy and S&P500. Most people passive investing have like 33% in US market.
