Anyone following GBB or SD? Too much hype to Gold Bullion? Or you think they can back it up?

Well a powerline will be put into the area. The updated reosurce estimate is going to be released any day now. There has been tons of insider buying as well so something is up. Maybe the results were much better than first thought is my guess.

You can check out BC Hydros website for the northwest transmission line info. Looks about 99% confirmed and supported by government and natives.

I am thinking due to the timing of the news releases coming between now and christmas keep your eye on this one.

I'm looking into a drilling company in the same area caj.v but I will need to do more research this weekend.

waddy41 09-12-2010 09:18 AM

Question: Do you work in the industry or do you just do a lot of research?
IMO it's amazing how you can correlate a new powerline to a price increase...or am i just a very amateur trader..?

sdubfid 09-12-2010 10:43 AM

I don't work in the industry. I don't do that much research. I'm still an amateur myself. I just look at forums and what people are saying about the stock. Then I go and verify what they are saying at outside non-biased sources. If you dig around the cuu website you can also find that there are no environmental issues such as fish in the area.

It's one thing for a company to say there is a new powerline coming so their operation looks more attractive. But if you can verify it with the government/bc hydro then it's always a good sign.

Without a powerline near the area there are huge costs in even starting an operation. In my opinion the biggest thing going for v.cuu is the insiders own over half of the shares and have been buying since the beginning of the year and haven't sold any yet.

TECK the huge mining company also has the option to buy back in to cuu if/when the full feasability study is released.

There are tons of junior mining companies out there. Monday I'm going to try and grab some v.caj

They just started drilling in the same area but are drilling deeper this year. Judging by past results and others in the area deeper=better results. But nothing is guaranteed and I'm ready if I lose some.

Not too sure on GI, as CAN's gold strikes have been in their Northeast region of their Handeni property and it appears to be trending east. Everyone lately just been hitching their company onto the CAN wagon.

MER and DLKM have been good to me in the last couple weeks also. poised for some interesting times ;)

Any reason for MER and DLKM gains or just P&D?
