1959 Karmann Ghia First car, took me from 15-16 yo to build. I got it for $400
crashed by Vancityboy on this forum when I lent it to him to "go home and get books". Car found jumped 4 lanes over facing the other way no-where between school and his house. He cleared a fire hydrant with it. Broke all the glass, axels, engine, cracked trans, was crushed into a cube

1994 FD3S the thinking man's car, that and I will convert my electric motorcycle to 100kw AC this year sometime.
From all this I have learned one thing, from my dad. Make the car the way YOU want it. Don't care what other people say. Because if you wanted it blue and you painted it red, that's weaksauce. You can see how many of us have the same tastes in cars. I can tell most of your ages from this as well. Didn't know we had late thirties-somethings on tis forum.
Rich Sandor... HOW MUCH FOR THE 968's? ugh why did I have to read this list!

| That depends... I have two for sale:
1: 1994 Porsche 968 Polar Silver on Dark Blue leather. Awsome colours, must be seen in person. Exterior is nearly perfect, 9.5/10. Interior is a perfect 10/10, not kidding. 118,000miles. Asking $25cdn.
2: 1992 Porsche 968 Midnight Blue Metallic on Black/Tan leather. Again, awsome colours. Car has BRAND NEW Koni shocks all around, with m030 coilovers in the rear, thick m030 swaybars as well. Best handing car I've ever owned.. amazing. Car is currently going into a highend paint shop; roof/hood is faded and has some small dents. Exterior will be 10/10 when done. Tan interior is a bit dirty, will be shampooed. Front seats have brand new leather. Interior is an 8.5/10... will be a 9.5/10 when done. 132,000miles. Will be asking $20k cdn.
If you want photos/more info just PM me.

fukamoto,
Im 31. I just like cars I guess. That list is missing a bunch of cars still. I've been narrowing which car to drive down for years but trying a bunch I guess. I have come to the conclusion that rotarys are the way to go. If I had more dough I would do up a GTR. So many parts to make that car outstanding and reliable. Now I just want a low budget FD for drifting and a bike.
Rich,
Cars sound nice, too nice. I was thinking the shell car was a bit more shell race and a lot less interior. Always wanted to turbo the 3 litre 4 banger. Must make monster torque for a 4cyl?
