i can't lie, last episode almost made me cry. partly because such a good show is finally at an end and partly because of how everyone turned out. so sad. all because of the money train and the fears that ensued thereafter

I've been wanting to watch this show. I'll have to download the first few season so I can catch up. Posted via RS Mobile |

i think my favorite season was 5. kavanaugh. forrest whitaker did an outstanding job.
damn. such a sad ending though. but what brilliant writing/acting Quote:

yea, i checked out sons of anarchy. wasn't really convinced with the acting. i prefer shows in which the men don't wear makeup.

it's tv, dude. everybody wears makeup. and lighting is all correct. dialog is all clever. know what i mean? just not really believable.
shield wasn't really like that. maybe it was due to a predominantly unattractive cast. maybe the fact that you could see the pores on their faces. maybe the gritty, shaky camera work. i dunno.
someone told me they had actual ex-detectives doing some of the writing.

yea, the storyline did get a bit outlandish. like everyday they'd be committing felonies and just barely slipping away. would never happen that frequently IRL without eventually being caught. like you said though, made it interesting nonetheless.
watched a bit of oz last night and even that seemed kinda lame and clean. guess it's just the way tv's supposed to be. one of the reasons why i aint had cable in years
