I did a Tutorial through Royal LePage that skimmed us through most of the BS in that Real Estate book and we focused on just passing the test. We were all given answer keys but had to review them in class and study. Well worth my $400!! A friend of mine did this "Real Estate course in 5 weeks" BS and he said it was a waste of $1000???? any questions just PM me!

So, how's Richmond market going right now?

Market in Richmond at this time is great. I've been dealing in Richmond for the last couple months, but the market has been leading me to Surrey for the most part. Although, Richmond is where i want to be staying.

Oh! FYI: I'm leaving the Real Estate Bored to a doctors office in Point Grey area. Darn...too bad I never met any RS realtors...
