have you ever disputed a ticket before? make sure you come prepped with a few key elements of knowledge, like what the weather was like, were there cars around you, and where were they? just generally things to paint a picture for the judge, the police do the same...
i went with a friend to dispute a ticket once hoping the cop wouldnt show, and he did. he ended up standing up there with no defense at all, but they did give him more time to pay the ticket

only reason ill dispute is becuase im a broke student, ill see if i can get it reduced, or at least more time to pay. i realize i was speeding, and teh cop was very nice, he could have given me a bigger ticket, but he didnt. ill just go and talk to the prosector before the trial, a few of my freinds have done that and they either get extended time or a reduced fine.

Ok then, well as I was loosin coolant before...I've figured out where it's coming from! My Rad has a leak! Right at the top, below the cap...the previous owner attemped to "Fix" this with who knows what..and the shit that he did...is well...not holding up...Sooo...What to do now? Are rads fixable? I don't think the leak is very big...or am I gunna be needing a new rad?

dont take your car to toyota, man.. find a good shop and keep taking it there aslong as the price is fair, toyota mechanics hardly ever know how to work on these cars, this much is a proven fact.
as for backfiring, could be anything from a vacuum leak to a bad o2 sensor to well.. the car just screwing with ya. have you upped the boost or anything lately?
