NashMan 11-05-2003 03:05 PM

what are your guys x mass list wish thing that you want

i gona ask for

afpr

fule pump

egt

and form my favoit gay i think i will ask for flex a lite low pro duale fan or inter cooler but i think i am not ready for one and stuff

Enraged 11-05-2003 06:02 PM

i dont get anything that big... my big gift from my parents will probably be around $100-150...

at the moment... i only want a MIG.... but thats ~$800 (for the one i want w/ aluminum attachment), so highly unlikely... so im not sure what im going to ask for, probably a gift certificate to Metal Supermarkets :)

edit: oh ya, i also want a digital micrometer, so i can measure stuff and set it up in AutoCAD and other programs....

Paradox 11-05-2003 06:36 PM

yah same here, i usually get $100-150 dollar gifts at best

think im gonna ask for donations for the SS sportshifter kit, or the PHR unit... not sure which i want more

Enraged 11-05-2003 06:40 PM

both.

im looking through house of tools.com right now, i might ask for some metalworking tools... i need a nice bench vise, a bending brake, and maybe a rod bender.

Enraged 11-05-2003 07:14 PM

scratch that brake, just found some plans... so i might make my own...

Paradox 11-05-2003 09:44 PM

bending, like for 3" piping? ;)

NashMan 11-05-2003 09:48 PM

yae man a vise is liek the king of all tools

ps what is this SS sportshifter kit is it chift kit for the auto tranny i never knew they made one for the 7m

NashMan 11-05-2003 09:59 PM

humm a trans controler

with ajustablity

now will it help your car humm can see that really you all ready have ect that does every thgi that does pulls into red as well

and that lock out thing is stock on the auto contler stock

so i think money spent some were els whould be better the supra has nice controler all ready goes to 5500 stock and ect goes ot 6250 ro some thgin any higher of rev there whould be no point cause the 7m head can't flow past 5800 pretty much in nut shell

so imy eye's it kinda waste of money

Enraged 11-05-2003 10:03 PM

building a paddleshift would be nice, never take the hands off the wheel.

bending brake - bending sheetmetal.

rod bender would be for solid steel/aluminum rod.

house of tools has a few vises, ill take a look at them sometime.

Enraged 11-06-2003 09:30 PM

greg?

they were askin $10995, i didnt check the KMs though. i might go check it out this weekend though.

Enraged 11-07-2003 11:31 AM

IC core just got here.

a few bent fins (which i can fix), the bottom still has partial fins from where it was cut (which i can grind off no problem). ends look good except for one part but i can fix it. it looks like it will almost perfectly fit in the lower grill of the supra. i might have to chop a few inches off one end, but that wont be hard to do.... ill have to make custom endtanks, but again, not a problem... it needs to be polished up, but that wont take too long.... all together, looks like a deal for $40 :)

Paradox 11-07-2003 12:36 PM

and the award for most problems capable of being fixed goes to........ Toby! :D

too bad you dont have a air intake temp gauge so you could tell the before/after results..
