maybe it depends on the person you deal with, last time i called the guy was an ass. but ya, i just need the cover, mine is cracked, so i dont want to buy the entire unit.

Enraged 09-19-2004 12:50 AM

if any of you want some wide 17s, i found a set for $1000. Speedline, 17x8, 17x9, perfect offsets for the supra. if i had one more big paycheck i would pick them up, but alas, i am back to school...

AVNGinger 09-19-2004 08:49 AM

Ok, supra is going off the road....again...and we are doing a full engine rebuild, knife-edgine the crank-weights, polishing the journals, we gonna perfect that bitch and find out how much hp we can squeeze outa a stock N/A, im doing all this with a 25 yr licenced toyota mechanic (thats a toyota mechanic for 25 years) and he builds hot-rods, this is gonna be some tight shit.

P.S. REUBEN, YOUR PARTS CAR IS MINE!!!!!!!!!!

light weight fly wheel

stoker kit

12.5 comp

super fac

cusotm over bores some thgin liek 75

cusotm pisotn to fit that huge of over bord max ont eh 7m is 80

porting and alot of it

header and exhaust

fliter

in the end you will have one fast na but really is it worht it cause that alot of money more then i am spending

and int eh end you might be about 250 hps or so

AVNGinger 09-19-2004 11:14 AM

I aint gonna pour money into this supra, we are just gonna do a load of maching and tweaking and get it as fast as we can without pouring money into it, this car is for my brother when he grads in a couple years, i am buying a second supra to load with money/power, and dont you worry, it will be a turbo, but here is the question, i have seen a bunch of different designs of the 7MGTE, whats the diff??

NashMan 09-19-2004 12:07 PM

desings ?

there are 2 and that is it

turbo a wiht trd block and other goodies as well

and reg 7mgte

Enraged 09-19-2004 12:42 PM

It's yours if you want it man.
Went and picked up the car this afternoon, everything seems to be ok. The clutch has a bit of chatter, but that's all really - no biggie.
Now I just have to peice the interior back together hopefully tonight when I get home if it's not dark out.
Then tomorrow Allan gets here with my swaybars and exhaust!!

AVNGinger 09-19-2004 05:12 PM

how can you tell if the turbo engine is TRD or not? does it say TRD right on it?

Matt6003 09-19-2004 06:29 PM
