Enraged 04-17-2006 08:30 PM

i need to come grab the bolts and nuts off of the coolant elbow, and one of the sensors. is that ok? let me know when is good

also, i ordered the stainless flanges i needed. 2x 3" 3 bolt 304 stainless, one to mount on the DP for the cutout, the other to build a turndown pipe if i need it, or to sell.

Enraged 04-17-2006 08:32 PM

oh ya, and the sprint hit 300,000 km today!

NashMan 04-17-2006 08:50 PM

go sprint go

NashMan 04-19-2006 09:23 AM

man the map ecu is so cheep now 350 buck's usd fuck it's so cheep man it's so tempting

Enraged 04-19-2006 10:10 AM

its cheap becuase there are better parts out there

NashMan 04-19-2006 11:01 AM

dude the map is not junk in any way in fact it's just about par with the maft pro

the maft pro has 2 thigns going for it that i know of auot tune and it can display tming and will never bebale ot chnage it

but it's 800 bucsk for every thign you need i think

so map ecu beats it to deaht in price and will do pretty much the same thign

what killed the map ecu wheit frist cam out was it's price it was 1g for the fucken thing if i remmber right when it frist cam eouit

Enraged 04-19-2006 11:58 AM

its not $800, more like $600 with everything you need to go speed density, and to control boost, etc. maft pro is better imho, but buy what you want.

fletch 04-19-2006 01:20 PM

K i'm actually gonna come out to tim's on friday night, no work this time :p. Hey nashman do you have any time this weekend, so we can make some pipe to put the blow off valve on?

...normally i'd put this in the spotted section but it's supra related. I've seen a dark blue mk3 a few times lately, it has clear/blue? from signals and 17"s and an "N" in the back. Just wondering if it's someone on the board. Car looks nice, it's been clean everytime i've seen it.

NashMan 04-19-2006 02:38 PM

nope never sean it but if you are there friday night i think i will shwo as well i think toby should as well

and toby the map ecu for that price is crazy

i am nto plaining on buying it but if i had the money i just might but i don't

maft pro has alot of issues right now jole upiland has one and he said the soft were right nwo it just plain anoying and such but it's all kidna new to him

if i do a system now it whould ahve to be full out stand alone kidna liek ame

Enraged 04-19-2006 04:28 PM

i work fridays, so i wont be showing. just applied for a job, so ill see how that turns out, maybe i wont have to deliver pizza anymore...

ryan, im going to buy an s-afc once the car is on the road, after seeing what chris at $$$$$$$$ can do with a short amount of time, i think it will be worthwhile. i might look into an afpr too.

NashMan 04-19-2006 08:06 PM

that whould be good idea i think's

remmber exhuast tommrow or i will be there wiht a whip

fletch 04-19-2006 11:43 PM

hey enraged(toby?), which pizza place do you work for? I deliver on friday night too but i'm usually off by ten.
I saw a guy delivering (for dominos i think) in a white supra when i was on a delivery last fall. I wasn't a big fan of seeing the sup being used for that but i guess if you've got nothing else...
I'm assuming that's what you use the sprint for:p
cheers

NashMan 04-20-2006 07:15 AM

that whould have bean devin but he moved back to vancover

ps he workd for panago

Enraged 04-20-2006 09:59 AM

i work for keating pizza. i actually drove my supra for delivery for about 2 months, thats when the headgasket started to leak. so i bought my first sprint, beat the shit out of it, sold it to reuben, bought a datsun 200sx, beat the shit out of it, sold it, and now i have another sprint, and am beating the shit out of it.... although you kindof have to when you only have 3 cylinders and no torque.

NashMan 04-20-2006 01:31 PM

man i just spent 75 bucsk on wiring crap for my car man i hate that btu i bought more then i need cau sie hate runing out

toby exhaust on yet ehhehehe

Enraged 04-20-2006 03:01 PM

yes, it is fucker

fuck, i forgot how hard that was to do alone. its just that one little rubber mount right by the trans, such a bitch... but ya, i have the exhaust on, and i found where im going to mount the cutout. time to start cutting my pretty downpipe :)

NashMan 04-20-2006 03:54 PM

sweet i not going to have fancy one like your's

islandsupra 04-20-2006 04:17 PM

I finally got my peice running this afternoon!! The battery wouldn't make a solid connection and it took a bit to figure out where the problem was but after that it fired right up. I think I got some of the valve lifters mixed up - it's a little louder than before, and my injectors are leaking a bit. Gonna pick up some o-rings tomorrow and after that hopefully everything is good to go!

arturiusma7 04-20-2006 04:30 PM

GUH slave cylinder decided to blow up on my car today.. i guess it did not like the act pp.. luckily since i work at a dealership i got a free tow, rental and its all getting done tomorrow.. i just hope nothing got on my disc.. its brand new and damn taht would suck.. p.s Kia Rio's r so fucking slow lol...

Enraged 04-20-2006 10:35 PM
