worked out fine, the flex isnt leaking that i could tell. only problem is its leaking at the head, so ill drive to school tomorrow and try torquing it down when its hot. sounds good, a bit deeper, and it bubbles and pops kinda i like it!

Well, antics today,
Got to camosun at 8:15 and go, oh I'll check my oil since i KNOW my valve covers are leaking pretty bad, the 1/4 inch of caked on oil kinda gives it away. So off I go checking. Full oil. Coolbeans. Look under car. Big puddle. Not cool beans.
Turns out coolant decided to spew all over the pretty parking lot ground, I thought my car was dying for a bit. I go back to the car afew hours later after it has cooled down and have a good look around. Drips of green coolant can be seen falling from the fan shroud and these two little tab thingys on the bottom of my rad.
I daringly crack the cap of the rad and to my suprise its totally full.
I check the overflow bottle. Also full.
And then I go ahhhhh. When I was going over my car earlier last weekend i noticed my overflow bottle was filled to the lid when COLD.
Problem found? we'll soon find out, I'm carrying a bottle of water around just in case.
On a seperate note, new gaskets ordered (changing prettywell everything I can get to without removing manifolds/head), clutch master/slave ordered, and new plugs going in this weekend when I haul her up on the lift at my girlfriends place.
After that its just a case of polishing the car till it looks like yours. heh.

How's the motor on it? Now that you've got a car, gotta sign up for supraforums...great place to get parts.

already done man
The motor is in GREAT shape save the few hoses/gaskets that need fixing. No axial/radial play on the turbo (its got 15,000k on it) Interior is MINT, still had the stock radio. Brake lights have been rewired and now *work*, fogs are next on my to-do list, along with a new exhaust since im essentially running open headers right now.
Oh and a boost gauge. Stocker is lamesauce.

Just finished ripping apart pieces of my cooling system...
Flushing coolant ASAP, its full of lil chunkies, gross.
And radiator is leaking a lil from the top seal (im guessing the o ring.)
Anyone know if I have to buy a new rad or just a new O-ring.
