what size would i need? as far as i know, my motor has never been rebuilt, but i dont know how good the cylinder walls are. the pistons are offered in stock, 20 over, and 40 over. i was thinking 20 over, so the block could be rehoned and crosshatched to match the piston, but still leave enough material to go bigger if needed. thoughts?

i picked up the sheet aluminum parts i had made at my old job, anyone want a fan shroud? ive got 3 extras. some trimming required. made from 14 gauge aluminum sheet, cnc punched and bent.

Hey Toby, I'm ordering a set of those pistons so we can go together on some shipping. I'm in the same position as you w/ a stock motor that still runs good. I think 20 overs would be the best size as if you go with a stock size, then hone, you'll end up with some rattling :(

Oh and, I need a fan shroud!
