the shroud should fit a 14" fan. i found one on summit that moved 2950 cfm, cant remember the brand. $100 for the shroud. id suggest getting the corners TIG welded and then polished for that complete custom look :) ill take some pics of the other parts tomorrow. the valley cover looks sweet, but needs some trimming and filing, the plenum is almost dead-on what i wanted. the valvecovers are nice, but now ill need to mill out the flanges to match, which will take awhile. |

EDIT: And you dont know what size you need until you tear it down. One of my wrist pins had started to walk a bit and put a decent gouge in the side of the cylinder wall requiring the 0.040 over. I wouldn't purchase pistons till you have your block checked to be totally honest... And as for going 40 over, I still had TONS of meat between my cylinders, not a big deal. I wouldn't go any over 40 though. |
I'm going to BoreScope it to be certain. I can't imagine my motor being anything but pristine inside though. I bought it off of an old man, and I drive like an old lady ;) |
i still ahve this shroud who ever show up wiht litel moneycna have it but it still here that or i will just smash it on secound note there toby you might wana add flaps to your shroud as in rive some rubber flaps so air cna excape better wheil drivien down the road |

Anyone have a CT26 they want to part with on the cheap? |
If you need one you should PM Don. But a good condition CT26 and cheap don't come in the same sentence. If you get one for "cheap" expect to have to rebuild it. |
