DDP is loud. Like, blow out your ear drums very very loud. Mine didn't sound quite as good as a BIC DDP, but it was about as loud.

NashMan 01-21-2009 11:56 AM

Renthal 01-21-2009 02:55 PM

what one did you run alex?

Enraged 01-21-2009 05:08 PM

if you want a ddp, just get one thats rerouted. similar performance gains, no noise concerns.

NashMan 01-21-2009 06:07 PM

Renthal 01-22-2009 04:05 PM

thats pretty.
instead of having two separate pipes going into one, mines just one big one, with scabby welds, and marks on the bottom from being on a previous car that was too low to the ground...
side note - sticky sided foam tape FTW! fixed my leaky targa, fixed my squeaky hatch, fixed interior bits, and under the hood uses too!
hot dam!

AVNGinger 01-23-2009 04:27 PM

anyone want a spare targa top? ill sell it for cheap, its dark blue....

oh and anyone have a spare Heater Water Valve as shown in below picture as part #87240?? http://www.cygnusx1.net/Supra/Librar...es/MEG906A.gif

Enraged 01-23-2009 05:19 PM

what condition is the targa in? any dents/major scrapes? how much?

mine has a dent that would be expensive to fix, cheaper just to get a spare resprayed.

plus i could experiment making a folding targa/quick release system with the original

Paradox 01-23-2009 06:02 PM

bypass your heater valve if your heater is busted.

anyone heard from Don lately? still need a hatch......

NashMan 01-23-2009 07:54 PM

Renthal 01-24-2009 09:39 AM

i was searching about that heater thing on supraforums, and i swear i read that ones from other vehicles work as well?
maybe it was too much puff puff on my part, but go look into it, may find a cheaper alternative
