yup, if the compression/leak down = bad its getting a GTE.

where can I get plug wires for this thing? it has the originals.. and some rat chewed them in the winter

Island_Yota 06-28-2009 09:14 PM

all up and running again, the coolant problem was a piece of solder on the rad where the cap seals, now thats ridiculous. Changed out my ball bushings, made a ghetto tool to remove them and press them in, drives much better. Need to get the rest of the bushings, need an alignment and some of them need to be torched to free up the bolts.

NashMan 06-28-2009 10:36 PM

lordco in langfrod has 2 extra set's of engery bushings in stock

Island_Yota 07-01-2009 08:15 PM

Ok. car is up to the same bullshit again, Time for a swap, anyone know of a GTE? PM'd Overstuffed but no response.

Looking for a different car for now.

Enraged 07-05-2009 09:33 AM

Enraged 07-05-2009 10:06 AM

if you end up needing to buy a tube bender, I've read that this is the best for the money: http://www.jd2.com/catalog/mod3.php

Dentz 07-08-2009 12:38 AM

Bahhhh, I'm wanting a new DD, and I'm leaning towards another Supra. I'm sick and tired of driving around my broken ass piece of shit BMW with 400,000kms, mad electrical gremlins, and power windows that are operated by a hex keys...

I want this one, since it's the closest to my old supra... http://www.usedvictoria.com/classified-ad/9161691

By the way, anybody need any power window regulators? I've got a pair for MK3's sitting in my garage, that obviously won't fit my 300ZX, nor my shit ass bimmer.

Enraged 07-08-2009 08:15 AM

Not by a long shot ;)
