The "Topline" gasket set on ebay is like $90, think il just go with that, The motor needs valve cover gaskets, valve stem seals and a timing belt anyway. Theres also a set made by "Stone" I hear they are decent quality too, $80 for that set.

Its perfectly fine to torque the stock bolts down to 72ft/lbs though right?

Bilstein and Eibach is the classic supra setup. I've run tokico blues but with shitty intrax springs...I'm sure KYB's are fine, they are pretty popular. But hot damn Lordco charges you through the nose for performance parts.

I finally decided to bite the bullet and bought a set of used Tein HAs from Japan. I think with all the shipping they came to $700?

JIC2's are awesome, the quality is really good. I didn't buy those simply because the spring rates are so high.

If I were to do it again and build a more sporty/track car, I'd probably go with Cuscos. The half set I had were top notch and weighed next to nothing.

Man, hey Rick! Yeah, still in Vic. How about you?

Wes, do you really want to paint the springs? What kind are they? Spray paint just flakes off...and you can't see them anyways.
