NashMan 08-24-2010 05:36 PM

Enraged 08-24-2010 05:42 PM

mustang is looking like a serious option, especially with the Boss 302 coming next year.

Toby, if you can find a fuel rail that works with domestic o-ringed injectors, I have a set of 750's and a GT35r that I'm not using. :P

if they plugged into the stock harness, i would go for it, and buy some fuel rail extrusion from ross machine racing. too bad the injector seat tool is $130 for the 11mm nippon style or the 14mm bosch style injector.

i love this site: http://www.rossmachineracing.com/products.html

snootworks 08-25-2010 10:40 AM

LMAO at the CSI:Miami.

You can rent the injector seat bit from Kinsler Fuel Injection...

$130 isn't TOO bad for the injector seat cutter. What I'd really like to have is contour cutters for o-ring boss AN ports... They're pricey though; the -6 linked from RMR is 213 beans!

Enraged 08-25-2010 11:08 AM

worth it if you are doing a bunch of parts, but definetly not for one-offs.

NashMan 08-26-2010 10:10 AM

or just buy an e gay lots of people run them ebay rails and have no issue not liek it take rocket sincest to make a rail

Enraged 08-26-2010 10:52 AM

weren't you crying that your rail had a casting flaw that you thought might leak?

the rail is cheap at $11/ft, it's just the tooling required to make the holes that isn't. if i was going to make more than one rail, it would be worth buying the injector tool.

and action can't upgrade the injectors, they just clean and flow them.

NashMan 08-26-2010 10:30 PM

humm i asked jazz guess he was wroung

Sorry dude, but are you sure you wired it correctly? Also it's been 3 years since you got that from me I don't know whats been done to it or where it's been. I bought it from Lowell @ LandR Racing over 6 years ago and never installed it.

Toby what's wrong with the injectors now?

NashMan 08-27-2010 09:39 AM

^ the pump just worn out i am running my buddies right now

it just might need new bushes or some thing have yet to take it apart to see what is up

it life span was sitting in a box since i got it form you

Enraged 08-27-2010 10:50 AM

i dont know, swapped injectors, fixed some other issues, and its still sounding like not all the injectors are firing, so I sent them to Action to get inspected and/or cleaned.

and I took your advice, got a good deal on an AEM PnP, no more screwing around with piggybacks.

snootworks 08-27-2010 11:55 AM

Hey, that was my advice too! :P

snootworks 08-27-2010 11:56 AM

...anybody wanna buy an E-Manage blue and Profec E-01 boost controller? ;)

Enraged 08-27-2010 12:21 PM

maft pro is better, and doesn't require man-touching like the emanage.

did I mention my maft pro is for sale?

that was fast. you head gasket let go once again?

84GLI 08-29-2010 01:56 PM

Jebas, I didn't think I'd be right that quickly! Why don't they make 7M headgaskets with stronger combustion chamber rings?

Enraged 08-29-2010 02:52 PM

rings

NashMan 08-29-2010 05:09 PM

rings over heated

so i can re ring it and do small ball hone on it and kill it again since 7m bores are kinda egg shape

or bore it and shove 20 over nrp stock pistons or put real stuff in like planned and push bigger badder power

800 roller turbo at the crank and nos to use

i have some idea's thou but we will see

stuff i have all ready

6m crank which is 8 pounds lighter
teflone crank scraper
arp hard ware for bottom end
msd window switch for zex kit

all I need is rods and piston's and bearings

dirty honkey 08-29-2010 06:36 PM

did u not recently get that on the road? who tuned it, seems like the tune is bunk and to rich, probly had unburnt fuel on the rings then when it did ignite it blew the rings

NashMan 08-30-2010 09:02 AM

you must be god can I fallow you around and kiss the ground you walk on

you seam to know every thing right off the bat so this must make a you a god
