same question for hondatech, any idea on pricing?
| Talked to our Used car manager, and he figures it'll hit the lot for between $9000-9500... I honestly thought our used guys would be asking whole lot more for one with only 121,000 kilometers.... That price, of course, would be open to negotiation... Talk to Ron!

ATTENTION ALL SUPRA OWNERS!
if yoru not too drunk/hungover on sunday, there is minisprint at western speedway. if you want to watch, its free, they have drinks and hot dogs. if you want to race, it costs $35 for nonmembers, $25 for members ($20 for membership), and you need a Snell 95 or newer helmet, and your car must pass tech (battery is secure, wheels wont fall off, no loose items in the car that could kill you, etc).
im free on sunday, so i will probably be going. anyone else? it starts at 3pm.

haha, if my cars together and im awake sunday i might be interested dude.
im not sure if i'll race, but who knows.
im thinking of throwing my stock wheels back on for shits and giggles. just for a week or two. haha, whatta you guys think?
my AFPR is all secure now. the goddamn instructions for the aeromotive AFPR say it uses no o-rings, but since i had the SS fittings i had to use them and trent didnt include the shit in the box he sent me.
my cars on three wheels right now though, and the hood wont close because of how its sitting, its got a pretty good langford look happening. heheh

you have an NA? you dont need to take it off for a turbo, jsut need to take off the 3000 pipe, coil pack, throttle linkage, and black plastic cover.

the slow and the frustrated NA. hehe, that sure can be the truth. i can only think of one fast'ish NA supra off the top of my head that isnt on the bottle.
hey did u guys end up going to the minisprints?
i just got my car back together like a hour ago, now its time for tuning its amazing how different the fuel systems running now. its a lot more accurate with the AFPR, just how when im reading the Vf1 voltages and adjusting the S-AFC its a lot faster and i can feel the results right away.
its idling a little bit better now, but considering ive yanked my EFI fuse and had the battery disconnected for the past 2 days im suprised its idling at all.

yeah, that'll be one of my next steps to take
does anyone know what the stall limit is on the stock torque converter? im just wondering how high i should aim to have it. im thinking 3000rpm would be about right, but im speaking out of my ass here. i really have no clue what would be best... |
