i just took the car out for a boot @12psi, this is going to take some getting used to. im afraid to look at any of the gauges under WOT now.

ohh and my stinkin' gauge power screwed up again :( today my EGT gauge wasnt working and the boost gauge had no lights on it. arggh i think its just the ground, gonna have to double check that tommorow.

on the dyno you just let here rip and that is it

just wired my light for my boost gauge today now i can tune my boost at night caues that is the time when you can at lest push your car whiht out traffic being in the way.

you wont break anything on the dyno, if anything your fuel pressure regulator will blow, thats only because theres no restriction on the wheels and the FPR doesnt know how to keep up. its happened to others. so if you actually are pushing close to 300HP, id keep an eye on that.

also you need a damn EGT gauge if you plan on boostin' past 12psi man. i know i boosted past 12psi without one, but with 550cc injectors + MKIV fuel pump, id figure i was ok. which i was. i ran totally rich most of that time.


atleast the dyno will give you a good baseline to go with, but it would be so much more beneficial if you had a EGT gauge.

i drive around whiht only 8 psi daily but i bumped it up for the dyno gettting as much power as posslibe whiht out going dumb

as for egt i whould like to get air flow frist then maybe a egt
