as for my days off... umm... next friday i have the day off.... basically, any day after 3 pm is fine with me (except tues + thurs this week and next, got school at night)...

Paradox 11-26-2002 09:32 PM

fuck yeah its back on the road

but im running on 5 cylinders at idle... ive got to check the gap on the plugs, change the oil, maybe check the ECU harness

any other suggestions?

Paradox 11-26-2002 09:35 PM

ps - i havent really driven it much. but i did this morning a bit and i spun the tires through 2nd gear, at about 80kph on dry pavement. hehehe, then chirped to 3rd

1st somehow still has traction, well atleast after 3500RPM

the tranny has 16 goddamn clutches in it, and theres been room made for more. the valve body is heavily modified to dump about 3x as much oil in, with much harder springs, Cool-Flo Tranny cooler, 2600RPM stall, total rebuild, gears are optimized for how much power im making and its under warranty to hold 400RWHP

theres alotta other crap too, but christ i dont remember any of it. this is one serious slush box ;)

NashMan 11-27-2002 04:51 AM

so you can is not runing right what wroung whiht it

ps change your oil filter next tiem you change you oil not whta what you did befor

NashMan 11-27-2002 06:14 PM

hummm baaa i think i might get some gauges as well

air/flow
and 2 shifts lights and maybe some thign els
and maybe a temp

Paradox 11-27-2002 08:02 PM

A/F gauge = useless

go EGT

Enraged 11-27-2002 08:36 PM

in this order:

Boost
Water Temp
EGT
Oil Pressure
Fuel Pressure
Voltmeter

i got an EGT after Boost becuase i got a deal i couldnt pass up.

murray, tomorrow afternoon between 2:30-6 we could meet up, or after 2:30 on friday. im goin to install and wire up the one sub that you gave me, then we just have to screw in the one you have and wire it all up. i drilled the hole for the stock spare mount, but i havent checked to see if the stocker will work (cant find it lol). might have to go down to home hardware and pick up a new longer bolt ($2 or something). ICQ me...

NashMan 11-27-2002 08:41 PM

they workt he same kinda except the egt is acret at hafl trottle

NashMan 11-28-2002 02:45 PM

In my opinion they are not expensive at all...
Compare to ricer bodykits(Vis, Erebuni, WingsWest, etc) I know Kaze kit is expensive but compare to non-ricer(genuine) bodykits(TRD, Top-Secret, Ab-flug, VeilSide, Blitz, etc)...I think Kaze is normal price. I remember that AC-Shnitzer or Hamann front lip for BMW costs like $3,000...
Just don't get imitations...they really suck...I mean genuine kits are very well engineered.
