"Toby,

The SPEC stage 1 and 2 are great clutches. The stage 1 is very similar to the ACT HD street/strip clutches. It will hold the same torque as the HD ACT. The stage 2 will hold approximately 20% more torque. The stage 1 is an organic full faced disc, but the stage 2 is a Kevlar disc which gives it the holding power advantage. I do not have exact torque numbers on the SPEC clutches for the Supra, but they are outstanding clutches. Break in periods are 300 miles of easy stop and go traffic. Break in is very important on the SPEC clutches.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you,

Robert Hoffman

Dr Jonez recommends them, and for the price, they seem very good. Centerforce is absolute CRAP! i would go with either the SPEC Stage 2 or the TRD (which is actually an RPS unit).

ooo kevlare disc that makes me like it alot more

cause that is more quick shift disk then reg disk

but eh holging powe ron teh persure plate i know i am being very anoying about thsi ehheheheh

the reson why i like center froce is it very snappy clutch not like reg full disk but if not broken in they will suck very bad and loose there bite fast

weehaww, oil changed, multimeter in the pocket and a screwy idling supra in the driveway

time to fix the prob. i hope its nice tommorow or friday so i can check it without getting soaked

im down to checking the coil pack and spark plug gap, if my screwy idle isnt that then well.... its a mystery ive checked everything else.

im gettting autometer gauges for oil and water pressure tommorow or the next and installing those (tobys gonna hate me) but the price was right and ive honestly only ever heard bad things about autometer boost gauges, the rest of their gauges are aparentely ok. i wouldnt say great but they get the job done

gauges are far too much fun. now to figure out a way to get 2 or 3 gauges looking nice under the CD deck. im only getting two 53mm gauges now cuz i might get a tranny temp gauge when my car goes back to the shop

That's what he was saying. I'd probably cry. Or laugh like a little girl in Ryans car. I felt like it was a ride at play land, started getting all giddy.
