on another (less disgusting) note, hows Ryans tranny coming?

humm was talking to my bro about fule and what he said i may get just to make my car run better and not run lean befor fule cut sweet ness good rea di post more about ti later
Ryan:
I talked to a couple of the fuel delivery engineers here.
You can up your fuel pressure with an adjustable fuel pressure regulator.
This will deliver more fuel at higher boost. It is better to dump more fuel
in a shorter time than 100 duty cycle with normal fuel pressure.
At wide open throttle the o2 sensor is not used and the stock fuel maps are
used regardless of rich or lean.
If it goes to lean,,, fuel cut.
With a adju fuel reg. your 02 sensor will cut back the duty cycle at lower
boost levels since the O2 sensor will indicate rich.
The only problem is... when your O2 sensor creates a learning fuel map
table.. there is a limit to how much more or less fuel you can add before a
malf code it triggered. (Basically your O2 has limited control on the amount
of fuel delivered to your engine and wont be able reduce the fuel enough at
low boost levels to go back to a normal STOCH. A/F)
In your case where you dont plan on exceeding your fuel cut. The extra fuel
you will receive from your new fuel map will help keep your A/F more like it
should. (It will keep you more rich at higher boost and more lean at lower
boost levels)
I have more info on this... so we can talk later.
chris
just may get one hehhe

or you could get a new o2 sensor, i think theres a GM part for 50 bucks that'll do the trick
save ya about 200 bux
APFR isnt going to help at your stage of mods... maybe if you had bigger injectors
id consider a larger fuel pump if you want more fuel happening tho
