Gorgeous shot, but it feels really tilted - check the waterline on the rocks.

Thanks guys.

You were right on both counts. Tilted horizon and banding. I edited the image too quickly.

It was a single shot in RAW: 162seconds, ISO-100, F10, 12mm.

Cheers,

This one I made with my ring that has my girlfriend's name and the word "I love you" in portuguese and the heart shadow.

A bit cheesy but I like it.

maybe a bit more white space in the frame? That might make the "feel" of the shot better.

I've seen that picture done before... I can't remember whether it was dpchallenge or deviantart... plus I think your exposure is off, it looks like the camera metered to make the pages 18% gray.

if you go back a few dozen pages, there is a version by someone on here, and there are two versions that i posted from Deviant Art.

Its totally been done (with filters, etc), but at least this one is a little more personlized

Haven't posted for awhile or visited the forum for awhile.
I just have a new addition to the family a month ago.

Here's a few pic from my grand canyon/LV trip in Dec.
