lol poor bee - can believe you actually took the time to string it up hahaha

ColinK 08-29-2007 11:19 AM

haha oh yea! I've heard of that before. Then when it comes to, you hold it on a string and it flies around and around in circles! haha

MikesJo 08-29-2007 11:33 PM

Pharoz, those last 4 are great! Film did you say?

that 1st shot is great - great exposure - felt like i was looking through a kaleidoscope for a second

that 3rd one I'd crop the last little section off :D - watchu think?

pharoaz 08-30-2007 01:17 AM

I thought about cropping it but that shot wasn't taken straight on so it's a bit skewed :).

bikerx 08-30-2007 08:31 AM

ronin: wooo whistler!!!! im going up tomorrow if the weather holds up woot woot(biking purposes).

i think a tighter crop would be cooler but thats just me :D

Ronin 08-30-2007 09:41 AM

I tried a tighter crop but there's so much in the background that you wouldn't be able to tell the dude is mid-jump. I would've loved some blue sky behind him but I couldn't find an angle that didn't have some mountain in it/

ColinK 08-30-2007 01:17 PM

Nice shots mike! I wish I woulda had an SLR when I was traveling around last year :(

MikesJo 08-30-2007 01:46 PM

Thanks Craig. The SLR was a bitch to carry around though. I finally retired it the last 3 days on the trip and just borrowed my dad's SD800 instead.

Setup on the go.

mc25 08-31-2007 07:54 AM

omfg senna. you are a god lol, those last 2 pictures of the moon are awesome. the 2nd one almost looks fake its so clear.

ColinK 08-31-2007 07:55 AM

wireless card reader? infrared? or do you have a wireless usb stick in? (like a mouse would work)

MikesJo 08-31-2007 08:02 AM

Senna, is the last one w/ the couple fake? Looks like you cut/paste the moon in ;).

ckrieg, look closer at the card reader :).

dub.dub 08-31-2007 11:46 PM

^ Is there an all-in-1 version of that? Not really all in one, but one that supports many formats.
