Thanks! It was really still that day (no wind) so I was able to drag the shutter for 8s for the water effect I wanted. Even still, I was surprised how still the greens remained. |
These compliment eachother, both taken in this beautiful province, although at different altitudes ;) http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...on/theWILD.jpg Unfortunately we didn't make the peak of the "needle" as we didnt have quite the proper gear for that popsicle. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1.../thepeak-1.jpg |
^^^ Where is that? The flower shot would have been better if you used more DoF. |
Couldn't help it, one more.... I'm missing summer. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v1...n/thefalls.jpg This is one of the hidden falls in northern BC |

Well... I hope you don't mistaken the developer for your water... kekeke Man... what people resort to to get high nowadays... |

When shooting green you should remember to stop down a bit 1/3 or 2/3rds. Both pictures iMo are over exposed. For the first one the flower needs to be more infocus, if it isn't, then it's distracting to the eye. Second image could of been better with more zoom. When shooting, try to remember about foreground objects being in the way like the brand on the right. It's nice to compose images if the foreground object help lead it to the main point of view. Hope this helps |

Thanks for the comment. It was taken near the sugar refineries at the north end of Clark Drive (around there). I played with that image in PS quite a bit before I got the results I liked. It suits IT's "theme," to say the least. |
Well, here's a couple that took earlier today; completely unmolested barring the resize. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...r1/Resized.jpg http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...r1/Resize2.jpg |
did you use a polarizer? the sky looks great! |

I'll hopefully get some nice winter shots as I head north this week. |
Yeah... I haven't taken it off since I got here (Las Vegas). Playing with HDRs too, but without my desktop it's difficult so I gave up after generating. Something about waiting 30 seconds after every tonemapping change gets a little tiring. http://i13.photobucket.com/albums/a2...itter1/HDR.jpg |
