I actually have a convex mirror that is attached underneath the CD spindle cover facing the strobe head. Hopefully that forces more light out of the unit. Quote:

For those interested, I improvised on instructions from here: http://davidtejada.blogspot.com/2008...or-sb-800.html
-One of the main problems that I had was locating a proper "dish". All the planters I could find did not flatten out as much as I would like them to. All with very high walls and probably not as diffused as I would have liked the light to become after it becomes modified.

^nah richmond -- stumbled across that tunnel not too long ago
edit: can anyone explain what the bar symbol is?
it reminded me of an equalizer or a graph or something.

Squamish, BC is where you can get that done in the summer time. Usually if it's a sunny day, it is windy.
A good windy saturday or sunday will have close to 50 kites in the air at one point and 80ish throughout the day.
Here are some more kiting shots:

nice capture Geoff!
This was actually a bit of a challenge because the batteries in my triggers died, so I had to fire the flashes manually. Ended up tripping once or twice running to set them both off in time haha
