Took the wife to Cirque du Soleil yesterday for her birthday (I highly recommend this show!), then went for a walk around by Second Beach... just a few quick edits here using Picasa...

^^^ The B&W is very flat...

dL 07-16-2008 09:52 PM

Yea I noticed it was at 1/15 so I pretty much had some camera shake involved, plus the Sigma isn't the best in terms of sharpness already. Oh well... lesson learned.

Domani 07-16-2008 09:53 PM

so peaceful, the bridge..... much diff than from above.

Those reasons have nothing to do with the image being flat...it's your post processing.

dL 07-16-2008 11:53 PM

Oh thought you meant soft.

dL

Senna4ever 07-17-2008 01:11 AM

I wrote flat, not soft. The B&W image needs more contrast.
