http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3475/...7cdf0d269a.jpg I was walking in downtown and was just snapping pics. I then came across this lady, Merry-Lynn Allison, give food to this homeless man. The look on the guys face after he received the food was of so much gratitude. She crossed the street and did the same for the homeless sitting there. After that I went up to her and told her that it was good to see someone doing a good deed. Got her card and she's from Women Helping Women. After that we went our way. |
I can't tell from the small image, but I think you need to push up the exposure a stop or dodge te guy int he hat. |

Senna and Matsuda's pics don't have any EXIF info attached, but maybe they'd care to share their settings for those? :) Here are a couple of mine from last spring... I'd have to check the originals to be sure, but I think both are around 1/30 at ISO800 on my Digital Rebel with the 18-55 kit lens. http://photos-c.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...16666_7527.jpg http://photos-d.ak.fbcdn.net/photos-...16667_8144.jpg |
Hmm...my exposure is a bit dark. I edited these on a non-calibrated monitor. I'll redo them. |
6MP Konica Minolta 7D, both exposures 1/90 sec, f2.8, 1600 ISO http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...I/PICT0494.jpg http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...I/PICT0512.jpg |
^ now your just showing off ;) |
http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3646/...3b9d41d052.jpg f/4.0, 3200 ISO, 1/160 sec, 50mm http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3552/...aa5c5f3f22.jpg f/3.2, 3200 ISO, 1/50 sec, 50mm Actually my jellyfish pics do have a bit of motion blur, I would of liked them to have been sharper. I think the jellyfish are one of my favorite things to shoot at the aquarium, I could snap photos of them all day :). |
