did my first corporate shoot the other day. 
Vivitar 285hv with 1/4 CTO gel shoot through umbrella camera left
Vivitar 285hv with diffuser cap camera right

But I wouldn't be surprised if the glaciers just get smaller and smaller every year. As for taking a tip are you kidding me? Way too cold! I was a little weary in swimming in water that was so turquoise. Isn't it caused by excessive mineral deposits or something?
Anyway, I kinda got lucky with that shot, because a few minutes later, breezes started coming in and the water wasn't at a standstill anymore.

Also the left eye socket in the first pic is a bit too underexposed. Generally, with a corporate shoot, you want to use very even light.

And yes it's turquoise because of minerals from glacial silt being washed in the water- and also because of cyanobacteria which live off said minerals (I'm probably wrong- geography was a long time ago for me haha)
