You need to work more on the dynamic range of your photos. I would have popped the flash for pic #1 at about -1EV to get the 'no swimming' sign brighter.

Majin: The print is much better...the bokeh is creamy smooth. I think the USM & resizing in PS did it. Aperture was f2, I think.

I wish my lens had a distance scale. That's why I like playing with my SPII so much. Plus it has an aperture ring, which I love.
