found myself pretty interested in snap shots of random people on the street these days,
since people in hong kong doesnt really seem happy being shot by random photographers,
i was hanging my camera around my shoulder snapping photo with without looking thru the viewfinder.

i dont really have the good skills to get the perfect exposure or anything thats technical.
mostly what i do is just taking snap shots plus editing to get what i really want to express from the picture.
just started playing with photography two months ago,
any comments are welcome.

I tried a new vantage point today. I think its pretty neat but my 18-200mm VR doesn't do it for me. Its time to purchase a 300mm or greater.

those are great shots, and a good vantage point.

I wonder how well would a 400 work from Cypress. I was unable this year to shoot the fireworks, hopefully next year I can get a chance (hoping fireworks would return).

Cypress sucked the last time I went. 400mm won't be enough.

Loved the ending.....did not expect it thus the close up...had to have the 2 second timer on due to no cable trigger =P

and every year they say it's the last year.... and then somehow the funding always come through.... lol

I'm not 100% happy with these photos. Somehow I always feel that I ruin it. They seems to blurry. Oh well, try again next year... sign.

haha I'm down. I know a few locations that I want to try out next year. We should find someone who has access to the Shaw building or something closer. I want to try out some photos from a roof top haha.
