Looks like you blurred it in photoshop. If that 's the kind of photo you're looking for. Pick up a Canon 50mm f/1.8. That will create that style of image when shot at f/1.8 and it's $120 :)

Much closer than I felt comfortable, probably about 50ft? I was shooting from beside the open door of my car, so I had my escape well rehearsed in my head haha
