Picked up a Fuji XF1, need ed a pocketable camera for travelling. Was thinking about a NEX series but the lenses made it way too huge to fit in my pocket. The XF1 lens is a 25-100 lens, f1.8 at 25mm and collapses into the body when turned off. Pretty neat. http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3758/9...2e9c1834_b.jpg Some shots from the XF1 Bokeh http://farm3.staticflickr.com/2851/9...72f892b4_b.jpg http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5494/9...9a4c847f_b.jpg http://farm8.staticflickr.com/7449/9...38ab6cc4_b.jpg panorama mode, works pretty well http://farm4.staticflickr.com/3791/9...bf8c82c9_b.jpg For all other scenarios, I use this http://farm6.staticflickr.com/5505/9...41faaf25_b.jpg |
I have two XF1 being shipped to me this week......One in Brown and one in Black. How do you like the build quality? |
Build quality is OK, could have been better. I have a light mark on the top left corner of the metal top, also the mode dial is tilted to the left a bit. You will have to get used to turning the lens to turn on the camera, but other than that, rest is good. |

Muk Muk at Mt. St. Helens. I think the mountain was afraid of Muk Muk's ferocious reputation and hid behind clouds today.... http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2...ps08139c65.jpg |
