Completely sold my 5D2 kit and L glass and shoot solely with some of my film cameras now. Following was shot on my M6 + 35mm Summicron ASPH with Kodak Portra 400 and Ilford HP5 B&W film. Scanned on a Pakon F135+. If anyone has any questions with regards to shooting film, feel free to ask! I just love shooting with film and its so forgiving. Developing at home can be daunting at first but definitely manageable. Not to mention its not super expensive if you have a few rolls saved up.

One day I'd like to delve into digital M's. I think I have to send my 35 Summicron ASPH out for calibration. I got it for a super steal of a price but he said it may have been slightly bumped. But on film I cant even tell down to the grain.

Goddamn those files are sharp though.

Thanks bootslut. Yes that image is from a heli. A friend and I chartered a 45 minute ride of the Coquitlam Mountains and Downtown Vancouver. We had the pilot remove the doors from the heli to ensure no quality lost would occur from the windows. It has to be one of the scariest things I've done, especially since I am scared of heights haha.
