so i took this shot almost 3 years ago with my phone

different times of day/season and the one from my phone is an hdr but i thought it was neat to compare em

^ what type of ND do you use?

1st time trying out the sony 1.8/55...this was equiv to 2.8/83
what a lens...didn't have to do much editing on these shots

wow, wanted that lens too but went with the 28mm and the 90mm, but wow those look fantastic! guess it doesn't matter which lens i have, i have to up my picture taking game up a great deal first

anything beats a NEX lens on a Rii
90 g lens...how's the overall AF performance on it? what made you choose that over the batis 85?

I haven't received it yet, ordered it on Ebay a couple weeks ago (to save a couple hundred)

I looked over all sorts of reviews/photos and they seemed to perform just as well, the bokeh on the batis is a bit messy imho, and on top of that the sony does Macro always wanted a macro lens

I use a variable ND at the moment. Genus Eclipse. Originally got it for video. It's not great for stills.

Plan on getting a Lee or Formatt Hitech system sometime soon.

what were you in? or did you take those with a drone?


Had to share this, poured a glass of 7UP and couldn't help but notice the resemblance to the Yin Yang symbol tried to get an adequate pic before the bubbles all disappeared
