Yeah, I dunno about that first one... if I'm going to a "Lounge & Grill" the last thing I wanna have ruining my dinner is some too-pretty couple sucking face in the middle of the floor...

heres the best way to do club shots

camera in one hand 430 ex or any flash in the other hand

set exposure to 1-2 seconds press the shutter, set off the flash in the other hand and move the camera sporatically.

No, I used a 17-35mm f2.8, took off the hood and pressed it up to the glass. The frog was taken with a 50mm f3.5 macro, and the otter was taken with my 200mm f2.8 APO prime.
