that celica owner and i was talking at the RS meet (i drive a celica also) and he was saying how that 2 tone blue/white is a jdm look. he said alot of celicas in japan do that. I believe he painted it himself because when i touched it there was hard lines from the blue to white paint and he also painted the top brake light and you can see the brushstrokes along with the red showing through.

maybe its the new Guangzhou jdm look

In this pic, here aren't any blue on top of the headlights...and it's rollin' on some...GramLights? The guy from the RS meet has the fuckin ricer chrome rims, so I guess that's where the differences are.
