that celica owner and i was talking at the RS meet (i drive a celica also) and he was saying how that 2 tone blue/white is a jdm look. he said alot of celicas in japan do that. I believe he painted it himself because when i touched it there was hard lines from the blue to white paint and he also painted the top brake light and you can see the brushstrokes along with the red showing through.

the celica owner was trying to copy the Vizage celica colour scheme ... except I don't even know what type of kit he's sporting, but the rear was really ricy
