i get to the border and i ask the guy what was the proper etiquette for that. let her pass or just make her go back at the end of the line?
border guy goes to his supervisor and says i pulled her over cuz she cut everyone and said to me: the proper etiquette is she's gonna be waiting here for a while.

should've had my camera ready for her getting out of the car to get inside lol

No need to be so worked up on it. Happened to me too today at around 8pm. There was an old man who went up to the nexus lane. Instead, I just made more space and let him in. He was very grateful, even made sure to have a big smile and gesture at the next traffic light. Though she did get what was coming to her, being pulled in.

yeh i saw that she was going to be in an awkward position so i already made space for her, i was okay with letting her through, it's just that the lineup behind me weren't too happy about that. i just thought it was funny that she got pulled in

If they didn't know that the NEXUS was closed then it's ok but sometimes I see people go all the way to the end and cut in on purpose because they want to bypass the long ass line and they don't have a NEXUS pass.

at the first view, I though the car might just cam back from body shop. It might just got the bumper installed and ready for paint.
But it seems the roof is in black as well.... no idea then.

This is debatable...I have my Nexus lane pass and according to Nexus, their lanes are supposed to be open at 7am. Last 5 times I've been to Point Roberts around 8am the Nexus lane was not open. I drove down on my first time not knowing how lazy their Nexus lane was and had to cut right in. There was an old fart who started honking as I went in to the line. He was making a scene. So I decided to turn around pass into Canada again and get back in the line. The CBSA asked what happened. I had explained about the situation and went I finally got my goods she let me through without even asking how much I brought back. $300 in goods not taxed.
