that's the white spot on kingsway? if it is it's not the first time i've seen a lazy ass park like that. i'm just waiting for the day someone in a wheelchair lets loose on one of these people someday.

Yep, Kingsway White spot. When we were leaving the guy was getting to his car so i (politely) told him he's parked in the middle of the road, he didn't speak a lick of English so he just said "Ohhh sank you, sank you"
