This is Lily, she just moved in with us (she lived with my boyfriend's parents and 8 other cats before, and had been causing havoc since he left):

She has a personality a lot like Bucky from Get Fuzzy, without the affinity for monkeys. She is also a little bit blind due to being a rescue cat - her eyes were infected and swollen shut when they found her 10 years ago, and they never healed properly. She moved in with us on Friday, and I don't think she's stopped mushing since. I've never seen her so happy!

Edit: I apologize for the crappy pic - it was 6 am when I took that, and I was only awake because she hadn't quite figured out the litterbox yet.

Here's Lily helping out during an overclocking session with a new CPU:

She's been deliriously happy since she moved in with us. She gets her rear feet involved in the mushing too!!

I found her at the O'keefe Ranch in Vernon 10 years ago, staggering out from under a barn. I saw the rest of the litter wandering around, and she was clearly the runt. Her eyes had been sealed shut with dried puss, and she came out when I got near (not the other people walking around). After I told my mom about her, she told me to go get her before we left. With 5.5 acres back home, we have lots of space for rescuing kitties...of the current 9 cats only the purebred Siamese and Abyssinnian were bought.

During our journey home with her, she got heavy doses of Polysporin eye drops, and baby Pablum to eat (she was tiny). She was an incredibly busy kitten in the camper the first night, playing race track all around with her new-found eyes. Then the horror struck....she went poop for the first time in her make-shift litter box, at about 2am. We had never smelled anything as foul. We all erupted in a round of "ew, gross", except for my dad (who has no sense of smell), who told us all to shut up. She then continued her quest to be the fastest racer on the block.

She pretty much stopped maturing at about 6-7 months old. She's rather small with super fuzzy kitten fur, kitten sized big ears, 8" long tail (our other cats are 11"), little piggy crossed eyes, kitten teeth, kitten claws, and kitten whiskers. She also has a big overbite, and her tongue is too long for her face so it's usually poking out a little bit. When she's happy, her tongue relaxes and it sticks out 1/8-1/4". She's hard of seeing/smelling/hearing. She gets confused easily, and stands there looking like it with her tongue out.

With me moving out, she was left with my wretch of a sister who didn't pay her any positive attention. She started being a bully to certain cats. She would hunt our big black fluffy one and get into staring contests with him. She had been getting into territory wars with the new abyssinnian, causing many problems in the house. The abby even started taking out her frustrations on a few of the other cats.

We had been looking for a place that would let us have a cat, and we luckily found one. So instead of going to the SPCA to adopt a cat like we were going to, the decision was made to give Lily a new home with her favourite people. Hopefully the craziness at my parent's place will cool off now!

So there's Lily's story. It's a long one, and I left out a whole bunch of stuff, but those are the main parts I'd say.

this is Sheba. shes a 12 year old cockerpoo and apparently still has some bounce in her step. shes been my girl since I was 11. one of the smartest dogs ive ever met (im sure all owners say that) and as close to a person as a dog can get.

this is Ty. he just had his 3rd birthday yesterday and hes a shitmix of god knows what. any guesses? he was pretty dumb as a puppy but wants nothing more than to put a smile on your face. you can see in his eyes he just wants to do whatever he has to do to make you happy. hes my buddy.

hes abit accident prone. heres a pic of him recovering from elbow surgery when he was younger
