See you tonight deon! Haha Posted via RS Mobile |
hey I need to make a reservation for the 29th for my bday, it's a party of 20, when should i call in the reservation? I hope calling it in by this weekend will be early enough. and is there a 2 hour limit on that night also? btw my friends and i always have a great time there, thumbs up to your restaurant and keep it up. |
A big party of 20 you should call in to book it ASAP cuz weekends tend to fill up pretty quickly. The 2 hour limit will depend on how busy it is that day, I could try to shuffle things around to make more time for fellow RS'ers but no promises :p (A small tip: If you book for a later time like 8 or 9pm, you can stay all night! We close at 1am) I'll see you next week! :) |

I would look for you, but I don't know what you look like. Would it help if I PM you my reservation time, name, and tel #? |
That could work, or you can just ask for me when you're there, my name's Deon. :) |
Whaaaaat?! I didn't know there was an RS discount. Mother eff, all the money I could've saved! :lol |
how many ppl do you need to have inorder to get discount? LOL |
There are no restrictions, as long as you are a regular of RS you can come --> :alone: or with as many people as you want ;) |
I'm sorry, I didn't read this is for the Robson one. I had it from Richmond and everything I said were not exaggerated. I didn't mean to ruin your restaurant's rep. |
^ no problem, I was just confused heh... but yeah I have heard many stories from other customers about the Richmond location, it's different management team. I know they are working very diligently on improvements or else they could drop Robson's reputation as well because we are under the same brand. |
^I've always wondered. Are all locations owned by one group? Or are they all separate? |
I think it's the same owner but different management. I asked about it from the manager or supervisor there. |
It's under 1 company but it branches off differently, each restaurant has their own management team. |
Hey Deon, I've always enjoyed my time at your location, food's great, ambiance's great and service is good. Just a tiny peeve about the menus. I always seem to get ones that are disgustingly sticky and stained with dry soy sauce.. Sort of a turn off at the beginning of each meal. A minor detail that shouldn't be over looked and is easy to solve right? But it won't keep me from returning, love this place! Posted via RS Mobile |
Just came by for happy hour on tuesday before the katy perry concert overall I have to say 8/10 - the toro inferno tastes strange (sour? not sure...) and is expensive. Didn't like it at all -Honey garlic wings + salt and pepper wings are so good! - White sangria tasted good and as always never get checked for ID :troll: - Happy hour favourite rolls for $3.50 each ($6.50 for 2) isn't really that great a deal. Not bad but not enough to attract me to come for it. The specialty rolls are way too expensive at ~$10 each. Still ordered the sweet dream roll and it was excellent As always bill came to a reasonable number and service was decent, came at around 6 and the atmosphere was nice too, not too busy :D One pet peeve of mine is the menu is such an eyesore, not sure if there are just too many items but it always takes me at least 10-15 minutes to make up my mind on what to order. We just ended up ordering more and more as we went because we couldn't make up our minds |
um, specialty rolls are usually quite pricey. Usually $10-12 if not more. This is even at bad places that serve sub standard sushi. |
Thanks for pointing out the menus darlyn, I will try to keep on top of that from now on and get them cleaned on a more consistent basis! I apprecite you clarifying that Culverin. Yeah I find the standard price around town for these specialty rolls to be around the $10 mark. There are cheaper places (by a buck or 2 which isn't really a big difference) but I find them to be of lower quality.. |
