haha I wish there was some zany smartphone that I could upgrade to that's as well executed as the HTC Hermes. At least a VGA screen, WiFi b/g, USB 2.0, low-consumption circuitry for better battery life, WM7 Photon, blah blah blah...

Same. The Kaiser is cool, but not enough of an upgrade from the Hermes methinks. And it's heavier...wtf...
The i-mate Ultimate 7150 would be so hot...if it was actually pocketable lol

It's a smartchip-loaded card, which connects to an account which you can load up with money. Basically replaces cash in a lot of instances in Hong Kong with a card that you just pass over a sensor to pay for stuff. Mostly used in public transit, but you can pay for stuff at 7-11s and McD's too.
